Upon arrival I found rust in the burner compartment on the left-hand side of where the extension meets the rubber coupling on a high-efficiency furnace. I remove the inducer motor found that the coupling had a slight error in it. Ordered a new piece from the shop. Replaced rubber coupling remove rust painted with rust oleum gray primer the inside of the compartment and continued with tuneup no charge at this time under factory warranty
Return and replace 1/8 inch gas line fitting for pilot North reznor unit also replace easy flex 16 in smaller furnace for Office.

Tuneups complete. This home has (1) boiler and (1) gas furnace with air conditioner. Customer is on the club membership but had another company come out already to have the tuneups done due to our wait time at bay furnace. Customer just wanted bay furnace to perform final inspections. Air filter is clean on the furnace. Inspected and cleaned hsi , flame sensor, inducer, gas valve blower, controls, safeties and cabinets. Boiler is a high efficiency unit checked ignition, burners, auto fill expansion tank and water temp/ pressure. Bled system of air. All electrical connections are secure. Cycled both furnace and boiler from tstat with proper operation at this time tstats reset. Humidifier cleaned, cycled, water panel is clean. Customer states that master bedroom is not very warm. All SA registers are open and the tstat for master is in the kitchen. Master also has (3) outside walls. Recommended trying to run the furnace in the fan on position to help circulate prior to getting and
Heating tune ups. Burner and blower compartments were inspected. Flame sensors were cleaned and manifold gas pressure was checked. All safetyâ€™s and connections were inspected. Capacitors were checked. Amp draw was checked. Condensate drains were inspected. * I found the #2 unit with failed heat exchangers. Flame disruption is present when the blower energizers.* this unit should be replaced ASAP. THE #1 unit is showing signs of failure but has not failed just yet. 2 20x25x2 filters were replaced.

Clean burners flame sensor vestibule and controls check all operating and safety controls check blower motor and filter suggest paper filter as electronica air cleaner does not work fire furnace to check Adjust gas pressure from 3.7 to 3.4 found no other problems
Small Bypass Humidifier
Pp furnace and humidifier Tuneups complete. Customer replaced air filter. Inspected and cleaned hsi, flame sensor, burners, inducer, blower, cap, controls, safeties, and cabinet. All connections are secure. Ran furnace from tstat with proper operation at this. Reset tstat. Humidifier cleaned,cycled, water panel, replaced, and humidistat set to 35%
Replace backflow preventer. I replaced the backflow preventer and tested with no leaks. I went to cycle the boiler and it would not work. I found the flame sensor was dirty. I removed and cleaned. I cycled the boiler with proper operation.
Fabrication and installation of fresh air intake to compressor.
Check boiler operation clean pilot and burners check installation newly installed boiler looks good cycle boiler to check insure all radiators getting warm heard no air. On initial start up boiler will take some time to heat radiators properly but once heated will be more consistent.
Replace gas valve and thermocouple.
Heating tune up. I found high resistance on the igniter so I replaced it. I found the cooling fan was broken so I replaced it. I cycled the system with proper operation. Due to age, condition and ineffency it is time to start considering replacement.
