"Timely, professional service"

Initial call for service was greeted with a friendly person who was able to assess our needs and set a service date. On the date of service, the Service Technician called 30 minutes prior to inform us of his visit. Technician checked and ran tests on our air conditioner. Our air conditioner is 20 years old and is leaking freon. He fully charged the air conditioner and got us up and running. He took the time to explain the repair and how to maintain the air conditioner. Due to the age of the conditioner, we will be budgeting for a new one next year. In the meantime, he was able to verify the current condition of the unit and we should be good for this summer. I recommend Bay Heating and Air Conditioning for timely, professional service.

Just had new HVAC system installed by Bay Heating and Air Conditioning. From the estimate to the finish, the guys were professional, courteous, clean in their work. Most impressive was their attention to detail and going the extra to make sure the job was done right! A great team that at this point I can highly recommend. The long term satisfaction will depend on how Bay supports and stands by their product just in case there are any issues - which I’m not expecting at this time since they did such a good job the first time.
