Water leak and air leakage. I sealed Plenum where line set penetrates with cork insulating tape. I flushed condensate drain with 2 L of warm water. I took a temperature drop of 18°F. I inspected system and found no signs of leaks. Possible drip marks from condensation of lines that and or condensate drain. However at this time there is no evidence of that. We have recently had extremely hot weather preps are probable from long run times.

Service call was from water leaking. I found LG mini split system was extremely dirty. I removed the blower wheel and washed it off I cleaned the entire housing. I chemically treated and cleaned the evaporator coil. I cleared the condensate drain with high-pressure CO2 and flushed with water. I reassembled entire system and cycled with a 23° temperature drop. System is operating properly at this time. The insulation in the knee wall attic was falling apart so I added insulated foam tape.
