3 A/c tuneups complete, flushed drains, 201 filters were clean/coustomer supplied, turned all three fan powered humidifiers off for the season, hosed Down condenser coils, checked capacitors/contacters/compressors, all electrical connections secure, cycled cooling with ok operation.
Check thermostat. Checked AC drain. Flushed AC drain with water. Checked filter. Change filter supplied by customer. Checked all electrical connections. Checked contactor. Checked capacitor. Cleaned outdoor condensing coil with water. Cycled heating system. Cleaned flame sensor. Flushed heating trap. Checked amp price. Checked amp draw on blower motor. Cycled system to check. Found two air-conditioners contact customer got his voicemail unsure of which one was not working both working on my arrival only problem found was bug partially under contactor on first floor unit removed cycled both to check. Units icing up slightly found both units low on refrigerant added 1 pound each unit is 20 years old replacement needs serious consideration due to age . Downstairs units compressor making funny noise indicating bearings going bad

Furnace Making Noise. At My Arrival customer states unit makes noise on heating mode checked inducer checked blower motor tighten all the screws no noise at this time .
. Found inducer motor to be making a squealing noise. Quoted customer on replacing inducer motor. Also gave customer three options at replacing system. System is from 1998 and 21 years old. I explain to her that we do not recommend putting a $680 repair onto a 21-year-old system. Customer would like a little time to review her options. And will get back to us tomorrow with her decision. Club A/C Tuneup. Found Breaker Off To Condenser Unit Reset. T-Stat, Ez-Flex #16, Drain Trap And Pump, Bypass Humidifier Turn Off And Damper Close, 66*-51*=15* D.T. Blower Motor, R410A, Electrical, 2=25 Amps,40+5+370 Dual Run Cap, Cycled Unit Clean And Check
Clear condensate drain checked blower motor and filter checked contactor capacitor compressor and fan cycle air-conditioning to check unit older but operating well

Checked thermostat. Checked thermostat batteries. Customer explained they change the batteries themselves. Checked air filter. Customer also changes air filter themselves. Checked flame sensor. Cleaned flame sensor. Checked inducer motor amp draw checked blower motor amp draw checked and measured gas pressure also check temperature rise. Zero ppm carbon monoxide in the airstream at this time. Cleaned out inside of return air trunk. Also wipe down and clean the entire inside of the furnace due to construction dust. Cycled system to check. System is operating properly at this time. Thanks Brian
Check t/start flushed condensate drain check filter .Recommend filtered to change customer did not want to change until one year was told filter last for one year. Check condensate pump working. Check disconnect two 30 amp fuse . Check capacitor 40+5 Dual Run Cap readings were 38+5 amps. Bump start unit to check compressor and fan motor working. Wash and clean condenser coil. Outdoor temperature is 46*. At time of dispatch unit is working.

Capacitor is -6% capacity customer believes he can fix it himself. Declined a quote at this time. Checked contactor checked all electrical connections cycled system system has a 17Â° temp drop. Air-conditioning tuneup (x2). Condenser coilâ€˜s were washed out. Contactors, capacitors and connections were inspected. Condensate traps were flushed out. Media filters were replaced. Both systems were cycled with normal operation.

Checked thermostats. Flushed out the traps. Checked all electrical connections. Checked both capacitors. Checked both contactors. Checked both filters. Downstairs system required a new easy flex 20. Upstairs filter was good I did not need to be changed at this time. Cycle ball systems to check. Downstairs has a 23Â° temperature drop. Upstairs has a 12Â° temperature drop. Customer has explained that they have added our 22 every year to keep the upstairs system running. This is evidence of a leak Due to the age and condition of Equipment my strongest recommendation is to replace the system At this time. Check thermostat and batteries in thermostat. Flushed out AC trap with water. Cleaned outdoor coil with water. Checked capacitor. Checked all electrical connections. Checked contactor. AC is from 1996 and only has a 15Â° temp drop on a day like today I would like to see 20 to 25Â° temp dropped. Customer explained that they had to add Freon at the end of last year. I gave estimate on three complete furnace and AC systems. Customer would like to get another estimate before going ahead with the decision. System is operating at this time but not at 100% capacity.
