A/c tuneup complete, flushed drain, changed filter, hosed down condenser coil, checked capacitor/compressor/contacter, all electrical connections are secure, cycled cooling with ok operation. Until is old advice to look into replacement in future, Thanks johnathan
Found metal wire shield slightly bent and hitting the condenser fan blade when starting and stopping. I bent the shield back to its original position. Cycled system to check. System is operating properly at this time. Thanks Brian
Upon arrival I found the motor was operating however it was not operating at the proper speed we need to order and replace the fan control board the price we were given was $303. The customer is OK I want it as soon as we can.
Blower Motor Module
Replace Parts. Replace Condenser Motor And Blade, Cycled Unit Fine At This Time.
Customer said unit ice up. Cycle unit on outdoor unit come on but blower will not come on. It a modulating blower. Talk to Jason and recommend to replace the module on the blower cause power is on the circuit board. Part is ordered from replacement.
Customer said unit isnâ€™t blowing cool air. Cycle unit on found blower motor wasnâ€™t coming on. Fix lose wires on capacitor. Also found water in blower wheel. Remove the water. Found some register was close in the house. Also Found unit was low on charge. Charge unit to a 35* evaporators coil and 12* superheat. Temperature difference 18*. Outdoor temperature 75*. At times of dispatch unit is working. Advise customer to replace unit in the near future.
Cycled system from stat, ok Changed filter Flushed drain. Inspected outdoor unit and capacitor,all within spec. Washed unit.
A/C tuneup, filter was clean customer provided, shut off bypass humidifier for the season, hosed down condenser coil, checked compressor/contacter/capacitor, all electrical connections are secure, cycled cooling with ok operation. Thanks johnathan
Club A/C Tuneup. Condensing fan motor making noise. Replace Ez-Flex #16 Suppled. T-Stat, 75*-60*=15* D-T, Drain Trap, Blower Motor, R-22, Disconnect, 2=20 Amps Fuse, Electrical, 30+5+370 Dual Run Cap, Hose Down, 72* Outside, Remove Leaves And Cottonwood, Cycled Unit, Clean And Check.
Check thermostat check blower motor check filter customer supply flush condensate drain. Supply air 58* return air 72*. Check disconnect check capacitor 45+5+370/440. Cycle unit on to check compressor and fan motor working. Wash and clean condenser coil. Outdoor temperature is 73*. At times of dispatch unit is working.
Unit is not cooling. Upon arrival I found the unit was low on refrigerant charge. I added 2 lbs. 13 oz. to bring system to proper working order. Temp drop is 18 degrees.
Water leak and air leakage. I sealed Plenum where line set penetrates with cork insulating tape. I flushed condensate drain with 2 L of warm water. I took a temperature drop of 18Â°F. I inspected system and found no signs of leaks. Possible drip marks from condensation of lines that and or condensate drain. However at this time there is no evidence of that. We have recently had extremely hot weather preps are probable from long run times.
Service call was from water leaking. I found LG mini split system was extremely dirty. I removed the blower wheel and washed it off I cleaned the entire housing. I chemically treated and cleaned the evaporator coil. I cleared the condensate drain with high-pressure CO2 and flushed with water. I reassembled entire system and cycled with a 23Â° temperature drop. System is operating properly at this time. The insulation in the knee wall attic was falling apart so I added insulated foam tape.

Found unit having a bad 35 5 Microfarad capacitor. Also found system slightly low on our 22 refrigerant. Replaced capacitor and added 1 pound of our 22 system. Cycled system to check. System is operating properly at this time. Thanks Brian.
Check upstairs ac. Found low on charge. Adjust superheat to conditions. This unit has leaked before, no more refrigerant can be added, advised customer.

Check disconnect replace capacitor 35+5+370 dual Run Cap. Cycle unit on to check compressor and fan motor working. Wash and clean condenser coil. Outdoor temperature 75*. At time of dispatch unit is working.
Once again found system at setpoint on arrival 72Â° and hold cycle system with no failures check status codes no previous faults tightened twinned systems wiring cycle again OK
Club A/C Tuneup. Replace #410A Suppled. T-Stat, 66*-51*=15*D-T, Drain Trap & Pump, Blower Motor, R-22, Disconnect, 2=40 Amps Fuse, Electrical, Dual Run Cap, 74* Outside, Hose Down, Remove Leaves And Cottonwood, Cycled Unit, Clean And Check.
