Coustomer noticed error codes. Upon arrival there were no error codes present. Coustomer noted error code 13 & 12. I cycled the furnace in first and second stage with no faults or failures. I inspected the filter. The furnace is in proper working order at this time.
Checked thermostat settings spoke with Jim Price assured humidifier with fan was turned off also need to get on carriers portal and check duct assessment start hour as this may be what’s turning fan on will need to be changed to sometime less inconvenient for customer.

Clean burners, flame sensor, vestibule and controls. Check blower, motor and filter check all operating and safety controls. Check humidifier water panel and operation. Fire furnace to check ok.

Cleaned condensate drain. Cleaned flame sensor. Ohmed out hot surface igniter. Vacuumed and cleaned entire furnace. System operating properly at this time
I found the furnace was not making any noises for me at this time. I cycled both units and they are operating properly at this time. I inspected the blower wheel for signs of failure and found none. I hand spun the blower wheel and it is not moving as freely as I would like. Due to age I would recommend replacement of the furnace.
Tuneup complete. Air filter was replaced by customer. Inspected and cleaned hsi, flame sensor, intake, trap, burners, inducer, blower, safeties, controls and cabinet. All electrical connections are secure. Ran furnace in heat test mode from tstat with proper operation at this time. Reset tsat. Cycled humidifier. Customer replaced their own water panel. Found humidifier to be leaking. Reposition tray and adjusted water flow. Set infinity stat back to the way it was found.
Heating tune up. I replaced the filter with the coustomers suply.
Replace Part. Replace 90% Inducer Assembly, Cycled Unit Fine At This Time.
Water leak. I found the connection from the secondary heat exchanger to the trap is leaking condensate. The filter is dirty. I would recommend replacement of the trap and hoses.
