The technician did a great job checking my furnace and I feel confident that his input and analysis were correct and honest! He did not try to sell me services for my furnace that were unnecessary. I would recommend them to anyone looking for furnace service technician they can trust.

Checked blower motor and filter checked condensate trap and clear check contactor capacitor‘s compressors and fan cycle air conditioner to check cleaned condenser coil
Air-conditioning tuneup. Condenser coil was washed out. Contactor capacitor in all connections were checked. Condensate drain was inspected. The air filter was checked. I cycled the system with a 10° temperature drop. I checked refrigerant charge and found that it was low. I adjusted refrigerant charge and added 15 ounces of refrigerant 410-A to bring system to proper working pressures and temperatures. System is operating correctly now. If this problem reoccurs a leak search will have to be done or a leak sealant should be added to the system.
