Located in Westlake, OH, Bay Furnace is a family owned business which has serviced the western shore communities of Cleveland since 1944. Bay Furnace is a dealer of Carrier products. We specialize in the sale, service, replacement, and installation of furnaces, air conditioners, heating and cooling accessories, Unico systems, hot water tanks, UV lights, humidifiers, boilers, heat pumps, air cleaners and thermostats. As we are a Carrier dealer, we compliment the quality Carrier products with our own quality service.

Bay Furnace is a three-generation family owned business. First Generation, Bill Patterson started the business in Bay Village in 1944 with Al Tresch starting as his manager in the 1960s. Second generation, thirty-five years ago, Bill’s son-in-law and daughter, Lynn and Billie Robinson joined in the business, as well as Al Tresch’s son, Roger J. Tresch, Sr. Third generation, in 1994 Roger J. Tresch, Jr. started with Bay Furnace and Billie and Lynn’s daughter Kori Szabo started in the year 2000.

Since Bay’s humble beginning, we have made several moves until finally settling at our present Westlake location in 1970. Our motto is “If You Don’t Sacrifice Your Comfort – We Won’t!” At Bay Furnace, we are dedicated to 100% customer service and satisfaction. This along with maintaining the highest level of business integrity has made us the consumer’s choice for whole house comfort.
